What Odental Systems is
Odental Systems provides browser-based tools for dental practices: digital anamnesis, scheduling and planning, and treatment plans. The tools are designed to work alongside the practice system already used by the practice.
Who is responsible for patient data
The dental practice remains responsible for its patient record, the treatment relationship and the instructions given to Odental Systems. For patient data entered by the practice, Odental Systems acts as a processor on the practice’s instructions.
How patient data is used
Patient data is used only to provide the requested practice workflow. Odental Systems does not use patient data for advertising, profiling, model training or unrelated product development.
Clinical boundary
Odental Systems does not diagnose, assign ASA scores, assess medical risk or give treatment advice. Clinical content and treatment decisions remain with the dental practice and its clinician.
Privacy requests
Patients should send requests about their data to their own dental practice. Practice users can contact Odental Systems about their account or privacy questions at info@odental.systems.
