What goes wrong today
A lot of practice software is tied to a handful of fixed PCs in the building, usually Windows-only. You know the result: the practice manager sends a screenshot of the schedule into the group chat, because otherwise a clinician at home sees nothing. Even a cloud version is often still a thin client on Windows: no mobile view.
What it does differently
- Open it from the sofa, not just from the front desk — No installation per workstation and no licence per extra screen. Anyone with access opens the schedule from the desk, from home or on a phone while on the move — and sees straight away who the next patient is.
- See workload while you plan — Each clinician’s schedule shows its current occupancy at a glance. Balance check-ups, diagnostics and longer treatments across the team, and fill unused capacity before it is lost.
- A work schedule for every clinician — Set working hours, breaks and days off per clinician. Use a fixed week or alternating A/B weeks, and start a new default schedule from a chosen date; existing appointments stay in place.
- Plan leave without understaffing — Record holidays and other absences per clinician. When periods overlap, you immediately see which colleagues are already away, so an administrator can coordinate early, suggest another period and prevent too many people being absent at once.
- Drag & Drop without a hundred extra screens — Drag an appointment to another time or clinician. Extend or shorten it directly from the bottom edge — without a chain of pop-ups and fields for an everyday action.
- Online bookings land in the same schedule — What a patient books online shows up in the same overview — not in a second system you have to check separately.
- The full schedule on your phone — Switch between clinicians and view, move or confirm appointments from your phone — without returning to a practice PC first.
- Every confirmation stays traceable — See which staff member confirmed the appointment, when it was recorded and through which channel: phone, WhatsApp, email, SMS, front desk or other.
- A complete change history for every appointment — See which staff member moved or changed an appointment, when it happened, and both the original and new date and time.
- A shared parking and waiting list — Temporarily place an appointment on the parking or waiting list and schedule it again later. Authorised colleagues see the same list and can move the appointment to a suitable time.
