Can our practice configure follow-up questions?
Yes. Your practice decides which follow-up question belongs to an answer and can adjust or disable the question order and rules.
How do completed health forms fit with our existing patient records?
Completed responses are available digitally to the practice team. You can create a PDF and add it to the patient record in your existing practice system.
