How do you read multiple pontics?
- For every next pontic in the same bridge section, the NZa lists R45 as an additional performance.
- R40 or R45 may also appear for a bridge on implants.

- Read R40 next to the other crown and bridge lines to see which components appear together.
- A bridge line alone does not say which decision was discussed; the treatment plan provides that context.
