A special code for young children
- This performance is a first consultation for a new child under 4 years of age. The consultation takes place within youth health care, with the parent or carer and child present.
- The oral-care coach reviews oral health and risk, gives tailored advice and insurance information, and actively supports transfer to a dental practice. It is intended for children whose transfer after referral has not yet succeeded or whose regular dental visits have stopped.
What does the amount show?
- The fixed NZa maximum tariff listed for C004 in the 2026 index is € 61,44.
- A max-max tariff may be up to 10% above the usual maximum, but only under a written agreement between the practice and the insurer. It is not a general surcharge: the agreement must cover this performance and the insurer or insured person concerned.
- One proposal can contain several performances. Read the code, quantity, description and total together.
