Yes. ODental is available through early access and we are inviting a limited number of practices. Apply to test the system in your own practice free for 14 days before deciding. You may still encounter errors; report them directly and we will resolve them as quickly as possible.

No. Exquise — or the practice system you already use — remains the source system for broad patient administration. ODental adds focused browser workflows for anamnesis, scheduling, treatment plans and daily patient-record work. We agree the patient-list import and its scope before the pilot. There is no need to replace your current system.

Medical data is a special category of personal data and deserves extra protection. That is settled before the first real patient, not after. The application runs on a server inside the EU (Hetzner, Germany) and data is stored in managed Postgres (Supabase) in an EU region. In the standard setup, each practice is technically kept strictly separate; other practices cannot access its data. You remain the data controller. Backups stay in the EU. Before going live, we document a data processing agreement, personal access with logging, retention periods and the list of subprocessors. The technical foundation follows NEN 7510 principles, but is not certified yet. The demos run on invented data.

Dutch, English, German, French, Ukrainian, Russian and Turkish. Adding a language is a matter of translation, not rebuilding.

The health form is designed for a tablet in the waiting room. The shared schedule works on desktop, tablet and phone, so you can view and update it away from reception.

ODental was built in the Netherlands and can be adapted for practices across Europe and beyond. The current tariff basis is the Dutch UPT system. Before use in another country, we review language, code lists, pricing rules, privacy requirements and workflows together. We agree the required adaptations before starting; the product is not automatically configured for every market.

Individual modules start at €39 per month including VAT. Essentials starts at €89, Practice at €119 and Complete at €159. The monthly price follows the number of active clinicians; supporting users and devices are not licensed separately. The calculator gives an estimate. We confirm the final price and migration after a call.

Before the pilot, we agree how you can access your data and what happens during a prolonged outage or if the service ends. You know who is responsible for each step.

• Your existing records stay with you — Your patient records remain in your current practice software. Your team adds the PDF of a completed health form or approved treatment plan to those records. The documents you store there remain available in your own system.
• Clear export arrangements — Before the pilot, we agree which data you receive, in what format and within what timeframe. We also document how to request an export and who handles the handover.
• Agreed source-code access — Before the pilot, we document the conditions for source-code access, who can receive it and the process to follow during a prolonged outage or if the service ends.
• A plan for what comes next — We agree the contacts, support and handover period. Your practice has a clear point of contact and an agreed path forward.
